Demetrius Ramon Mondaine Sr.

Demetrius "Meaty" Ramon Mondaine was born on March 29, 1976, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Laura Wright and Sterling Roberts. He attended St. Louis public schools and embraced his faith in Christ at an early age, being baptized as a Mormon at the age of 12.

At the age of 25, Meaty moved to Portland, Oregon, where he was surrounded by a loving family and an extensive circle of friends. Known for his authenticity, Meaty was loving, truthful, open, and honest. His infectious laugh and radiant smile could light up any room, and his heart of gold touched everyone he encountered. Meaty's sense of humor was a gift that all who knew him cherished and looked forward to.

Demetrius was a devoted father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elbert and Olivette Mondaine.

On Sunday, January 5, 2025, Demetrius "Meaty" was called home to rest until we meet again in our eternal home. He fought a good fight, kept his faith, and finished his race with dignity and grace.
